Dr. Rosen is a breast surgical oncologist in practice for over 25 years. A nationally recognized expert in oncoplastic surgery, Dr. Rosen has been on the faculty for the American Society of Breast Surgeons (ASBrS), the School of Oncoplastic Surgery, and the National Consortium of Breast Centers. Dr. Rosen is also dedicated to creating national standards for quality outcomes in breast cancer surgery, which has led to his chairmanship of the NQMBC (National Quality Metrics for Breast Centers) and his participation on the Patient Safety and Quality Committee for the ASBrS.
