Bio:
Susan Scanlon, MD, MSCP, FACOG is a board-certified gynecologist and nationally recognized menopause expert who has spent more than 25 years caring for women and over 15 years as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. She is passionate about helping women understand menopause, feel confident in their options, and move through midlife feeling informed, supported, and empowered.
Dr Scanlon is the President and Board Chair of Midwest Center for Women's Healthcare. Through her clinical and leadership work, she has devoted her career to supporting women's health across every stage of life.
Dr Scanlon has given hundreds of lectures for professional, corporate and community audiences on menopause, hormone therapy , healthy aging, and women's health. Known for her clear relatable style, she brings science to life, dispels myths, and creates space for honest, meaningful conversations about menopause.
She is also the author of The Gyne;s Guide for College Women and a frequent media contributor on women's health topics. Above all, Dr Scanlon believes that women deserve clear information, compassionate care, and practical tools to confidently navigate every stage of life.
